Voting from Wednesday, Nov 16 to 17, 2023
On November 16 and 17, elections will be held to renew the student representatives and two-thirds of the BIATSS representatives. These representatives will serve on the Scientific and Pedagogical Council (CoSP) of the Life & Health Sciences University Research School, a body dedicated to dialogue, reflection, and evaluation of the School’s educational policies in relation to research.
- What is the Scientific and Pedagogical Orientation Council (COSP) used for?

The Scientific and Pedagogical Councils (CoSP) of the University Research Schools (EUR) serve as forums for dialogue, reflection, and evaluation of educational policies related to research.
The CoSPs bring together representatives of faculty members, instructors, researchers, administrative and technical staff, and students who participate in the life of the EUR by providing input on the following areas in particular:
• Undergraduate and graduate degree programs
• Doctoral policies in coordination with Doctoral Schools
• Educational innovation initiatives
• International and industrial relations policies
• Human resources policies
• Financial policiesThe CoSP of the LIFE Graduate School meets approximately once a month.
- How to become a candidate?

All students enrolled in a program under the EUR LIFE umbrella are eligible to vote, as are students enrolled through the Life Sciences portal.
If your name does not appear on the voter registration list even though you are properly enrolled for this academic year in one of our programs, you may submit a request using the form in ANNEX 2. The deadline for receiving registration requests is Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.

The election will take place continuously from 9:00 a.m. on November 16, 2022, to 5:00 p.m. on November 17, 2022, via online electronic voting.
Voters will receive the necessary instructions for casting their votes electronically.te.
How electronic voting works - How to become a candidate?

All voters are eligible to run for office.To run for office, you must be registered on the EUR LIFE voter list and submit a list of candidates.

Deadline for posting the voter rolls: Wednesday, October 26
Deadline for submitting candidacies: Tuesday, November 8 at 4:00 p.m.
Validation of candidacies by the CEC: Thursday, November 10
Voting begins: Wednesday, November 16 at 9:00 a.m.
Voting ends: Thursday, November 17 at 5:00 p.m.
Results: Monday, November 21 - Vote organisation
