COSP Elections LIFE 2024

The election to select all representatives of the LIFE Graduate School Scientific and Pedagogical Council (COSP) will take place from Wednesday, November 13 (9:00 a.m.) to Thursday, November 14, 2024 (5:00 p.m.), and will be conducted via electronic voting.
Please note! Important information, including your voting credentials, will be sent to you by email.
The following groups within the Scientific and Pedagogical Council (CoSP) of LIFE Graduate School are affected:

• Group A (University professors and equivalent)
• Group B (Other teachers and equivalent)
• BIATSS Group
• Students

Application Procedure

• Submission of an application is mandatory.
• Applications must be received by LIFE Graduate School via email (see below), registered mail, or in person, as soon as this notice is published and no later than Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
• Applications must be:
  > Sent electronically, signed, dated, and scanned to the address: eur-life.elections-cosp@univ-cotedazur.fr
  > Sent by certified mail to Ms. Sofie VANMAELE, Chief Operating Officer of the LIFE Graduate School, Campus Valrose, 28 avenue Valrose 06103 cedex 2 NICE
  OR
  > Submitted to Ms. Sofie VANMAELE, Chief Operating Officer of LIFE Graduate School, and in the event of the absence or unavailability of Mr. Xavier CHAROZE, Administrative Director of Campus Valrose, Petit Château de Valrose, Campus Valrose, 28 avenue Valrose 06103.
• In all cases, the candidate lists (Appendix 3) must be accompanied by the individual candidate declaration for each candidate (Appendix 4 of this decree).
• Candidate lists and individual candidate declarations may be submitted:
• > By the list representative, who is also a candidate.
• > Or by any staff member or user of the institution holding a written authorization from the list representative of the relevant candidate list.
