- Which nationalities can apply for the scholarship ?

Candidates from all over the world can apply to the MemBioMed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programme, either as scholarship holders or as self-funded students.
- Where do I apply for the scholarship ?

Both scholarship and self-funded applicants submit their application through the same online application form.
- Does the EMJM scholarship cover all expenses?

The scholarship is a contribution to the costs incurred by the students and covers travel, visa, installation and subsistence costs.
Scholarship holders are not required to pay participation costs or other mandatory costs related to their participation in the Erasmus Mundus course.
The scholarship is awarded for full-time enrolment, and covers the entire duration of the Master programme (24 months). This period covers all the activities needed by the enrolled scholarship holder to complete the study programme : study, research, placement activities, thesis preparation and defence, in line with the requirement of the joint Master.
The scholarship amount is calculated (pro-rata of the actual number of days) as: 1 400 Euros/month - I have already received an Erasmus+ scholarship. Am I still eligible for an EMJM scholarship?

If you have previously received an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) scholarship, you are not eligible for a new one. However you can still apply to the programme as a self funded student.
- Do we have to get a health Insurance?

The consortium will provide insurance for all participants of the programme, regardless of their scholarship status.

- I have a bachelor's degree in "X", can I apply?

Your eligibility is not based on the title of your Bachelor’s degree, but rather on whether your academic background meets the educational requirements of the programme.
- When is it ideal to start the visa application process?

It is recommended to apply at least three months before your intended travel date. Make sure you have all the documents required before asking for an appointment.
- What happens if I can't provide the necessary application documents?

All required documents must be submitted at application stage to be considered.
- Are you a national of an Erasmus+ Programme country or a Partner Country ?

-Programme countries are the EU Members States, Republic of North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Turkey : application period from Dec 1st to Mar 31st
-Partners Countries are all other countries : application period from Dec 1st to Feb 28th
- I have no Family name, how should I fill my name?

The Family name = surname = last name is always present on the passport. Exceptionally, the given name = first name is missing then, it is written “FNU” for “First Name Unknown” on the passport and you do the same in your application. Please fill out your identity information as written on your passport.
- Can I apply before I graduate?

You may apply by providing your current transcript of records and other relevant documents. But remember you'll have to have gained your undergraduate degree before August to be enabled to enrol in our master's course.
- Can I be admitted to this programme if I already have a Master's degree?

Master's degree are accepted. Applicants must have obtained their Bachelor's degree in 2023 or later to be eligible to apply for the 2027-2029 cohort
- I haven't got a complete transcript yet, can I stll apply?

Just submit your available transcript stating the courses/exams you've taken so far. Then, when you graduate, you can email us a final version of your transcript of records.
- Who does not need to provide English Test Certificate :
