MemBioMed Tuition Fees

  • Fees are waived for Erasmus+ EMJM scholarship-holders from all countries.
  • Applicants admitted to the programme but not awarded an EMJM scholarship grant may be accepted to the programme as self-financed students on the condition that they pay the full participation costs and living costs by their own for the entire duration of the programme.

Participation costs

Participation costs will be paid to Université Côte d'Azur and will cover local tuition fees, student insurance and joint education activities.

  • European Students: 500€* /full programme
  • Non-European Students: 7758€* / full programme
*These fees may vary yearly according to the guidelines of the French Government (confirmation in June/July)
 

Costs Included

Participation in the MemBioMed program will cover :

  • Registration as a regular student at each host university
  • Participation in all teaching activities
  • Participation in the seminars and workshops organized by the consortium
  • Access to all the student services and activities (library…)
  • Student support in administrative and migratory procedures
  • Health, liability, accident, and assistance insurance (Membiomed Insurance paid for by the program for all students). For more information, contact the project coordinator.

Costs non-included

  • All students have to enrol for the Student and Campus Life contribution (CVEC) when studying at a French University (~100 euros per year) which has to be paid for by the students themselves and which cannot be paid for by the MemBioMed programme as it is mandatory by French law (plateforme opening in May).
  • Tuition fees do not cover: living expenses or transportation costs (such as travel and visa fees), meals, copies and books
  • Students are also liable for the payment of any fees related to national regulations.

Individual Needs

The MemBioMed consortium commits to ensuring equal access and opportunities to participants from all backgrounds. Therefore, enrolled students (with or without scholarship) with disabilities (e.g. long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments), can benefit from extra financial support related to the acquisition of special items or services (e.g. assistance by third persons, adaptation of work environment, additional travel/transportation costs).
